We had two separate bookings for this hotel. When we first arrived, we got 'upgraded' the the Fenix Music (thankfully!). The Fenix Music was amazing! Pool on the roof, rooms were spacious, big shower with rain nozzle and the free breakfast was AMAZING. A big shout out to Ruben, the host at breakfast who was over the top helpful and somehow knew our room number and where we liked to sit by the second day. He is a keeper. Then, on our return, we had 2 nights at Fenix Garden... compared to Fenix Music, it was a big let down. The room was nice but there was zero water pressure which made washing your hair a challenge. Then we noticed they had put the shampoo by the sink and the hand soap in the shower. I mentioned it to the front staff and they said they'd fix that but never did. Not a big deal as we used the hand soap but when we rinsed, the water at our feet was brown. The soap was clear so we were puzzled. Then we dried off and the towels turned brown! Not sure what happened but it was kind of icky. I assumed the hotel came with complimentary breakfast but found out upon check in, that we apparently didn't choose that so we had to pay 15 euro and well, it wasn't anywhere near the same as the breakfast we enjoyed (for free) at the Fenix Music. I am just very grateful that our first stay was at the Fenix Music because I don't know if we could have stayed at the Fenix Garden for 5 days. The location of both hotels (side by side) was wonderful.
