The door handle on the bathroom looked like it had poop on.. there was stuff on the walls that looked like it could’ve been blood. The second bed closer to the window was dirty and the air didn’t really work, my daughter got so hot through the night that she woke up sick.

I had to ask for a different room. The bathroom not been cleaned the best. 2 room I just went and bought some cleaning things. And I cleaned for at least 2 hours. No since I'm moving to another room. I just won't be staying there anymore. Or will I tell friends to stay there I was charged $100.00 extra and was told it would be refunded to me after I checked out. That was June 4th. ??

Not going to stay here again

Had to change room on the first night. Called down to have someone come up to the room to check it and was told that they were busy could I come down and then was given a new room. Breakfast was only 3 cereal's, fried egg, small Biscuit sausage, sausage gravy, Danishes, and blueberry/plain bagels, Banana, and apple. was never offered a refund for that night with the problem.

Staff members friendly,very polite &helpful.Breakfast was great. Entered room to find clean sheets but a nasty smell from Very stained,ripped up old chair.I asked if it could be removed. No problem! He removed.when to sink. Smells opened drain & looks like someone puke with mold now. I went bought lysol spray & closed drain. Cleaned air conditioner filters & sprayed Everything! Nope won’t be back.

Okay not great

Breakfast okay but sausage was horrible. Only served green tea bags, usually if there is only one tea it would be black. Phone in room rang in middle of night and early morning about 5 times one ring - don't know why. Sink and counter upon entry of room was weird setup with separate tub and toilet. PLumbing was old and TP holder was too far from toilet. Beds were comfortable. Liked that there was cold and hot water always available.

No elevator and check in was rude about service dog and restricting service dog from areas of facility made it where i coyld not eat breakfast ornuse the pool which is illegal to restrict service animals from any area per ky service animal regulations
