Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this place and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and safety were not priorities. The room was filthy—there were stains on the chair and carpet, and the walls and ceiling were covered in dirt and grime. To make matters worse, the door didn’t even lock from the inside, which made me feel extremely unsafe.
The tea and coffee tray was disgusting, with dirty water still in the kettle, which was just another sign of the hotel’s lack of proper cleaning standards.
I also felt extremely uncomfortable with the other guests. I was followed into the kitchen, which left me feeling anxious and on edge. After a long 13-hour workday, I was already exhausted and stressed, and this only added to my anxiety.
After just an hour and a half, I couldn’t take it anymore and checked out. I found a much better hotel just 20 minutes away and stayed there for the night. This experience caused me unnecessary stress and frustration, and I would never consider staying here again nor would I recommend it.
