The value is excellent. The room itself, though king sized, was small, but quite adequate. A great TV, comfy bed, lovely toiletries, good shower, A/C (but no instructions). On the minus side, there was a heater which didn't work and cleaning could have been more thorough (Including a doona with a large lipstick stain on it) and the bed wasn't made up during our 2 night stay. The location is good, checkin was easy, there is ample parking. Breakfast is provided and was excellent, with about 8 or 9 different cereals, different milks and breads. The hotel itself is an old house and there is a lovely sitting room with comfortable furniture. All together it was very good value.

Our stay was good and the room was okay. Overall, everything was fine. However, I faced two issues. First, the reception and lounge area had a very strong smell, which was quite unpleasant. Second, the bathroom door in my room did not have a lock.

The room is very sparsely furnished. The mattress feels like it’s very old, breakfast was poor at best and the only coffee available at breakfast was instant. The staff was friendly. We will not stay there again
