Everything was lovely with 2 exeptions: There were a few bugs in the shower, many (20-30) small hair bands and elastics in the carpet, and some candy and crumbs. Not immediately visible on entering but apparent during our stay and probably the cause of the presence of insects. The safe wasn't working which appeaed to be the result of a low battery. I tried to call the front desk but was on hold too long so I decided not to worry about it.

Would mostly recommend

Check in was easy, room was spacious, and amenities were nice. However, the room was never cleaned by housekeeping once even though we requested it. Also don't stay on the 1st floor if you appreciate sleeping at night. The person in the suite directly above us must have been on the heavier side and was pacing (sounded more like stomping hence the assumption) from 3-4 am which made it hard to sleep. Thankfully the 2nd night there was far less stomping/pacing from the guest above us. Oh yeah and Dejuan at the front desk was very unpleasant. My husband and I figured he hated his job, maybe not the best choice for greeting & receiving guests.

Don't tell me this hotel ain't got no heart

Came for the shakedown vibes and was not disappointed. Check-in and parking were painless and quick. No luggage cart in building O was frustrating but not a big deal. Made my weekend at the sphere easy and comfortable. Great value. I'll be returning for sure.

Great but lil disappointed

It was great other than the system being down when we arrived so we had to wait in line for 90 minutes just to check in. Which made us almost late for our concert. Then after the shiw we couldnt go eat because the system was down again & we didnt have cash.
