Property very nice and clean, had a little trouble checking with room not being ready. Had 2 room reservation and expected rooms close to each other but got them in two different buildings. It was ok cause rooms were clean and very spacious. Would definitely comeback. Hope next time I do get rooms I requested. Other than that enjoyed my stay.

Housekeeping was knocking on our door at all hours and a maintenance person barged into the room unannounced. Towel bars falling off the walls. Menu was slipped under the door, so clearly soliciting and random people entering the property is considered acceptable. The door to the building was unlocked allowing anyone to enter. Not safe.

Became very sick from mold poisoning! The halls and room had a very bad mold smell. Also, AC super loud and caused carpet to be soaking wet, door didn’t lock, tv would not turn off and was like a giant night light. Shower sprayed out of the shower and was too high to be adjusted. Tried calling housekeeping and front desk many times and no one ever picked up.

We really liked the surrounding area, but there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The refrigerator stopped working and we had to fix and turn it back on ourselves. The pool entrance was closed. The property itself is very beautiful and clean. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly. However, on the morning of our departure, instead of the scheduled 11:00 a.m. checkout, staff came to ask us to leave at 9:00 a.m., which was very upsetting.**
