Rooms very dated and bad quality for the price. Bathroom old and dirty and shower poor. Blackout blind didn’t block the sun. Reception desk very busy and had to queue when room card often didn’t work. Can get much better value for money in other strip hotels.

Upon arrival, our room was not ready. To be precise, our room was ready, but your staff gave it to someone else so we were without a room and informed it could be hours before another room would be available. After a lengthy conversation, the staff was kind enough to comp us a couple of amenities, which we did appreciate. Nonetheless, it would have been nice to stay in the upgraded room instead so we could have unpacked, and not having to worry about having to leave again early the very next morning. Moreover, the escalator was not working so we had to schlep our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Mind you, we were extremely tired from our travel, and the conversation regarding our upgrade was not smooth nor was it quick. It took a while. Again, we are happy that we did get that. Lastly, I would’ve appreciated the gym being open past 7 PM. That was unusual for a hotel gym. And lastly, lastly … your cleaning staff was wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, and professional. Thank you for them.

this hotel is beautiful. great views, clean rooms, friendly staff, I like that it’s a little off the strip too with all the amenities you need. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a cheaper but great hotel off the strip!

My room was nice and big, Bed was comfortable and room was clean. My only concern was my sink wouldnt drain, needed a blanket and a question about my rewards points and no one was ever available.
