Friday night check in I know it’s Vegas and a casino/hotel but it was LOUD (music playing in a room) heard security knocking on a door at 4 am as soon as they left the music was back on. The smell of cigarettes was awful i actually ended up getting sick.

I made the date for the wrong day, when I realized that I tried to contact you to see about changing the dates. So I was charged for not staying there. You make it very hard to contact you and also to make changes to your reservations. I might start using a different booking company now after this.
