The pool was cold, the hot tub was warm, at best, and our friends had to check out early because they had bed bugs. The neighborhood was questionable and we witnessed an intoxicated women threaten staff and throw things around the lobby. The breakfast was good and the staff were kind.

A bit bland and the feature waffle station was bogged down so maybe need to add another waffle maker in The attendant for breakfast seemed slow to replenish

The noise from the streets is amplified horribly by the two hotels making some kind of sound barrier, I barely got any sleep the entire week. The entire hotel smells kinda weird, the lower level like sewage every morning. Lots of “long stay” people so that also plays unfavorable for myself, pool and hot tub are very dirty.

There was a horrible smell throughout the hallways in the hotel - like for lack of a better word - stale farts. The road noise was excessive at times. Parking was fine, though the numerous signs made me wonder just how 'safe' the area was. Not sure it would be first choice on my list in the future!

I had reserved a king bed suite with a sofa. When we arrived room was not only not available but we were then given a handicap room with 2 queen beds. Bathroom has no counter space, fridge had leaked at some point and floor in front of it was wet. Closet had like 3 or 4 hangers. The blackout out curtains not only had holes in them but were also too short to full blockout light. I will say all staff we passed was friendly. Breakfast was okayish
