Staff was great - but since it was 109 degrees it seemed the air conditioner was not enough to cool the room - only the area immediately next to the heater was cooled, and so I had to sit and sleep and eat and read next to the air conditioner

The AC wasn't throwing cool air, so I changed rooms. The second room had the same issue. They are not spending money to fix these ACs and are charging people $100 + per night. This is ridiculous. I left the room in 5 hours. I will never come back or recommend it to anyone.

Very disturbing that someone came walking in my room as my minor child and I were asleep, it was nowhere near check out so don’t see how or why. Also was very hot and stuffy air didn’t work properly
