All the building shakes like an earthquake when someone goes down the stairs. Not even a chair in the room as presented on the photos. Not batteries for the remote control and the TV signal was very bad. Not hot water (barely warm)

The room was dirty with a stained sheet and no TV remote. They went to look for the remote but it never arrived, and to top it all off, they're charging me 200.00.

There was only one receptionist who is really willing to help with my request. The mattress was dirty. I know that it's a budget hotel but cleanliness should be foremost since there's little to none amenities.

Convenient

Chose this property because we were leaving early at a Las Vegas airport. This is conveniently located being that it was a motel allowed as time to organize and clean our renter car back out. It was specifically chosen for these reasons.. the person that checked us in was delightful and courteous. I would write this an acceptable stay at an acceptable price.

First room assigned had a loose mortise lock which was very insecure. The deadbolt was fine but prefer having both security measures. Asked for another room and it as well, loose mortise lock. Was not impressed.
