Toilet blocked solid. So they brought me a plunger - for me to use. How thoughtful. Otherwise I’d use my hands I suppose. I think they are supposed to do all maintenance, or the guests. Every day, twice a day, I had to walk around the flattened out bird on the entrance to the property. Of course hope you do not get run over because there is NO sidewalk to get to the property. This can’t be real - must be a nightmare.

Room had restroom light didn’t work we had to use our phones light and the toilet had plugged up room smelt like cigarettes the room phone looked yanked cable torn no service we had a room right over the main lobby and the toilet water leaked through dripping water to the lobby’s office counter top the employee told me it has been happening for a while you could tell where it’s been patched over and over on the ceiling over head counter

Great location, easy walk to a lot of sites. Room left a little to be desired… The door seemed to not lock, and the platform the bed sits on is about 9 inches too long and it was very noticeable in the middle of the night walking from the bathroom. My chins are still hurting.

What a nightmare. Worst hotel I’ve ever been in in my life… And that includes stays all over the world. This place is a dump. No, that insults your normal landfill.
