Pool was closed. Food at there venue was tiny and gross. Food used to be good. Had to go to third floor and farthest from elevator. Another venue the wait staff was rude and they were out of garlic for garlic fries. nothing to offer hamburger but condiments. Staff does not care about customer retention and don't care if you don't come back. You can't stay in the first floor unless you have a dog even if you are one hundred percent disabled. I am very disappointed and will not come back. I put dirty cuz door to bathroom had stains running down and there was food stains on wall by microwave.

The property is about acceptable. The restaurant has been closed for over a year and apparently isn't going to reopen so the only food is microwaved from three spots. Otherwise you need to drive about 15 minutes into Boulder City. We went to the pool and found it was cold and the hot tub not working. When we told the deal clerk, she first said that we should have been told that when we checked in but came up some story that "the city has to check something" when they aren't located in the city, they are in the county area. Also the ice machines have not worked for over 4 years and they give bags of ice from the desk but have left the machines in the machines on the floors. The manager who we spoke with the next day was of no help and basically just said he knew of all the issues but didn't seem phased by the issues.

Sheets on bed stained and shower head was so gross we couldn’t even use it. We were just passing thru and needed to sleep and shower, nothing fancy. Pretty disappointed we couldn’t even do that.

Great overnight stay

Stayed here the night before our Black Canyon trip. Older hotel, but well maintained. 24hr general store with lots of options if you forget anything. Fridge and microwave in our 2 king bed room. All the various casino rooms were fun to explore and drinks were cheap.

I was quite happy with the room. I liked that there was a microwave & fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The free coffee couponz were nice too. I liked that the elevators & check in desk were accessible without having to walk through the casino.The pool area was nice.
