My visit to the hotel with my little ones was great. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The variety of stores found in the hotel as well as dining were convenient. Parking was great and easy to access. During our stay we got to visit the pool and that on it's own was a great time. I definitely cannot wait to come back again.

The staff was very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only complaint is the I'm short and could not reach the shower head to Change to the wand but I imagine men over 6 feet tall love it.

After 15 years of staying at this property, Hard Rock originally. We will not be back. The best Steak House in Vegas, 35 Steaks and Martinis, is gone. The best Mexican restaurant, Casa Calavera, is gone. The best all day diner is gone and most of the decades long employees fired. There is no place for lunch other than the mexican restaurant, no late night other than the pizza counter, no 3am desert. All of the shops are gone. It feels like a standard hotel with no atmosphere. We will find a new one going forward. What a shame.

We love this property. The aesthetics were very modern and unique. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was off the strip but close enough to get to in a 5 minute car ride. It was not congested like the spaces around the main strip hotels. Check-in was quick and easy. The person who checked us in was great and friendly. I prefer this property over both the Venetian and The Bellagio. It is unpretentious but very cool.

I would never stay here again. Things I needed the staff was not willing to bring to the room. We had to go to the front desk for every little thing. Never again will I stay here.

This was the last stop in our 10 day LA to Yellowstone roadtrip and the hotel didn’t disappoint. Lala at reception was personable and upgraded us to a beautiful and spacious suite. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to really enjoy all that it had to offer but will happily choose Virgin Hotel the next time we are in Vegas.

Low key and comfortable hotel off the strip. The only downside is that you can really hear the planes flying out of the airport when you're outside at the pool

The property was clean and beautiful. The pool bar and staff were nice. AC in the room never cooled to the temperature we set thru the app. Also, we had Rx medication that we needed to store in the fridge but we could not bc it's full of mini bar items that they charge you for if you move them. And you are charged $40 if you ask them to remove those items so you can use the fridge. Absolutely pointless to have a fridge in the room. Hated no coffeemaker and they force you to go down and purchase coffee. These minor things ruined it for us. Will not stay again.

Amazing room.the shower was huge and it was super clean. The pool was mostly family style but they do have an adult only small pool upstairs. The best part was it offers free parking which was great since we had a rental car.

I wish they would’ve had transportation from airport to hotel and vice a versa, and the pool section. Water was ice cold and did not like the idea of sand being in the pool area, but overall I had a terrific stay
