The staff was friendly and accommodating. The chandelier that was on the ceiling fell on my husband, it was secured with double sided tape. We notified the staff and they did waive our resort fees, and were apologetic, that was enough for me. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

There were staff such as Denzel ( great guy very helpful the staff in Kassie great but the guy that checked us in terribly rude when I asked for directions to my room he told me to scan it when I said I didn’t have that on my phone he said I out of luck and that soured my stay Beautiful room everyone else great but I hate to admit it I’ll never go back and daughter lives there and she heard what he said she agrees

Stylish, Clean, and Perfectly Located

My husband and I recently stayed at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the modern, vibrant decor stood out — it's clear that a lot of thought went into creating a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel upscale but relaxed. I also really appreciated the range of amenities — from the beach like pool area to the variety of on-site dining and entertainment options, there was always something to enjoy without even leaving the property. The location is excellent, just off the Strip, which gave us easy access to everything while still offering a bit of a quieter, more laid-back vibe. It's a great spot if you want a break from the constant chaos of the main Strip hotels. Overall, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas delivered on style, cleanliness, and convenience. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh, fun alternative to the typical Vegas experience.

Clean hotel/room and amazing Staff. My only one con is NO MICROWAVE any where on this property. So don’t bring back any leftovers unless you like eating your food cold. But other than that it’s a beautiful place to stay.
