Perfect location for catching any flight... stayed on the first floor and heard NO airplanes at all!! The hot breakfast was nice. Shout out to Chanele (sp?) and Raylean (sp?) for being so helpful!!

We stayed 2 nights. I left my good blouse in the closet. I called the next day and the man at the front desk said they would look for it. I called again in the afternoon and the man said they had not found it. "Please call tomorrow ." I called the next day. They had not found it. Call after call. How can they not have found it after it being left just one day prior to me calling!? Called the manager yesterday (4 days after checkout). Very sad because this should have been an easy fix…

Nice Hotel, very close to airport

The hotel and the room were very nice, the staff was excellent. There was however a smell, like either paint or some kind of cleaning fluid in the Lobby and in the room. This gave a very bad headache and made it very difficult to sleep … I imagine that is a very temporary issue.

Stayed here for Mountain West bb tournament. Location perfect, 10 to 13 minute walk to Thomas & Mack, but most of the walk is across the Thomas & Mack parking lot. Casa del Sabor taco restaurant (drive through/walk up) and AM PM store right next to hotel, very convenient. Hotel very clean and updated (lots of airplanes taking off but hey, it's right next to the airport-bring earplugs). No worries about traffic on getaway day, it's on the main airport highway. Breakfast great, eggs, sausage, bacon, rolls, cereal, etc. Staff is EXTREMELY friendly.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and well kept. One place for improvement, however, would be the "room service" app that was provided in room. We received an incorrect order, because the menu had not been updated. Ultimately, the restaurant we ordered from sent the correct food, but it was inconvenient having to deal with the situation after a long travel day. Overall though...we would definitely stay again.

I really loved the hot breakfast, it was absolutely delicious and it started at 5 am which was great since I was attending a conference that started at 7 am every day. It gave me plenty of time to wake up, eat, and then get going.
