It lies 3,800 kilometres to the west of Washington, the capital of United States of America.

The relaxing sounds of nature await you at Shasta Dam. It sits just 25 kilometres away, so you won't have to be stuck in a car all day. The Turtle Bay Exploration Park, 35 kilometres away, is one more recommended option.
