Had a great stay, apart from the aircon in our room had a loud vibration noise every 5 minutes or so lasting about 30 seconds each time, too hot not to have aircon but not easily able to sleep with the noise

Not enough cleaning staff. Our room wasn't cleaned during 3 nights stay. Not enough attention to paying customers. Terrible communication.

The property was being renovated so there was lots of noise, mess and workman. At NO time were we advised that work was being conducted. We were told where the bar and cafe were but good luck getting to them with all the chairs piled up in front of them, Our room was not cleaned while we were there and the air conditioner made a noise every 5 minutes that kept us awake. With the work that was being conducted there were no safety precautions AT ALL. Very dangerous for guests. Considering the price we paid I am sure there are better value options in Wagga. Very disappointed.

No breakfast facilities are available, uncomfortable bed, taps leak. The room not the best, rust around the door frame. It was not a pleasant stay.

Perfect location in Wagga Wagga - easy to wander up the Main Street and surrounds. Easy drive to CSU which was the reason for the stay. On-site parking convenient. Stayed 3 nights, however room was not serviced despite putting the “service my room” notice on the door at 9:30am after first night and 8:30am after the 2nd night. Only disappointment in my stay.

All that glitters is not gold

The photos on hotels did not reflect the condition of the accommodation, broken furniture and TV’s in the parking area, staff rude and unwelcoming and all left at5 on the day of checkin leaving other guests looking for keys. WIFI not working and no one to fix it.
