The house was great! Correct to listing however I would say it was nicer than the pics suggested. Having access to the boat club is a great addition to this property and we really enjoyed the deck space, especially when the train passes. The home needs a deeper cleaning especially the window treatments and spider webs. Overall I would definitely rent again.

Great Location

The house was beautiful. It was perfect for our family vacation. it was absolutely spotless. Location is ideal, walking distance to Weirs Beach. You also get use of the beach club right across the street, which is fantastic. This includes a pool, hot tub, fire pit, volleyball, and cornhole, great spot on the lake to swim, and a restaurant. The owner/manager was incredibly responsive and very easy to deal with. The only thing that I was surprised about, and I think this is more just me not reading the listing carefully enough, is that it is not a standalone house, but rather part of a three unit complex. The porch (which offers amazing views, great for morning coffee) is great, but sometimes a little bit awkward because there were other families from the other units on their adjacent porch right next to you, so no privacy. That being said, it does not detract from the overall rating of the house and I absolutely would stay here again.

Perfect location for families with teens

Beautiful place, very clean and great amenities! We brought 6 teenagers and they had a blast at the lake and pool and loved being able to walk into the town for ice cream, go carts and mini golf. The owner is very responsive! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay! The space was homey and comfortable. The view was gorgeous and relaxing. Lance was just a text away and answered when we did have a couple questions. The property with the beach and pool etc was everything we could have needed in a vacation spot. Loved it!!!

Good for kids. Pool and hot tub and close to boardwalk. Check weekend you go. It was biker weekend so the motorcycles were very loud and woke us up at night especially on bedrooms that face road. One small bedroom could use a side table. Otherwise everything was great. Thanks. We’d go again.

ALWAYS PERFECT!!!

We have stayed at lances property for the past four years during the week of Laconia Bike Week. Lance is always easy to work with us, and eager to meet our needs. We never have any issues with the property. It is well appointed, and tastefully decorated. And, having the Akwa Bar, the pool, and the hot tub is perfect!!! I could not think of a more perfect place to rent!

Great Vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful week in Laconia. There were 8 adults and 2 toddlers. We brought our own pack and plays, high chairs and gates. There was enough room for all of us. It was great to have the beach, pool and restaurant on site. I would recommend this home.

Perfect lakeside getaway...

We were absolutely thrilled with the property -- it was even better in person than what we saw in the pictures. We have rented many, many properties via vrbo and airbnb in the USA and overseas, and this one was BY FAR the cleanest and nicest of all. Custom-built (beautiful) furniture, along with the most comfortable beds/sofas around. Very spacious. The layout was perfect with the teenage boys all the way upstairs with the games/tv (and noise!). We made dinner every night and ate together on the huge dining room table. We had 9 in our group and had plenty of space and were quite comfortable. VERY CLEAN. The lake was very nice and the property was very convenient (five-minute walk) to "downtown." Because of COVID, we did not get to experience the shops/restaurants too much, but we did buy a few Tshirts and lots of ice cream. We rented a pontoon from a local marina and were on the lake for much of our visit. The owner (Lance) and his family are just wonderful. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property.

Perfect House, Perfect Location

The most beautiful rental house - tasteful, modern expensive decor with a spectacular view of the lake. Access to the facilities at Akwa Marina (beach, pool, bar/restaurant) and a five minute walk into Weirs Beach make this the perfect location for families. The meals at the bar/restaurant was the best food in the area.
