Nice beach, but the building needs maintenance, a lot of maintenance.
They could’ve had more variety of on-site food and more selections. I wound up going to town to the big supermarket and buying groceries for a week and that worked out good for me because I had a suite with the kitchen and a shower I was able to cook and a big refrigerator
Great budget hotel. It looks beautiful, especially the back area by the water. Truly beachfront. Very romantic. The only downside for me was the reclaimed water they use on their property gives off a bad smell which attracts lots of mosquitoes. Also, no fridge or microwave. Other than that it was beautiful.
Unfortunately, the property is in very poor condition and is adjacent to a highway so there’s lots of road noise, beach and pool area are nice, but it’s hard to get a good nights sleep, and the restaurant has a very limited menu
First time visit La Paz with my husband, and as soon as we walked in, the staff is absolutely amazing. The hotel is dated. But from all my research before arriving, I noticed that this was the only hotel that had a beach in front of it. The beach is beautiful. The staff is wonderful, but the rooms are dated. TVs are small. Ubers are accessible. They charge about $10 from the hotel to the downtown. We loved the visit. Hopefully it’s remodeled when we come back.
First the staff was amazing. The food delicious. The room was disgusting for what we paid per night. Cats everywhere and waking us up @3/4 in the morning fighting. Holes in wall and bedspread. Shower didn’t work well and water was COLD! The most horrible smell from the drains. It’s too bad I can’t share the video of my shower! I we think the photos speak for themselves There were also rips in our couch. I can’t believe Hotels.com is promoting this hotel and especially the price per night we paid. We have been to Mexico many times and this by far was the worst! La Paz is a nice town to visit. I tried to reach out to the establishment myself, with no response
Room was not as advertised and rooms being fumigated

I loved being right on the beach and having a restaurant on the property. We had a very spacious room, with 2 bathrooms, which was very affordable. The many outdoor environments were wonderful, especially the giant beanbag lounges under palapas on the beach. Snorkel and dive tour company is right next door.
Service at the restaurant was extremely slow and inattentive compared to all the other local places where we ate. Luckily the Sea Side Restaurant was next door, and we had wonderful dinners there.
Very nice relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff ready to help or just chat. I read some reviews about the rooms being outdated but I thought they were very nice. The palm trees and pool/ beach area were perfect. Honestly, I was waiting for Mr Roarke and Tattoo to come walking up at any minute. My only complaint was WiFi was weak from my room and seemed to be spotty elsewhere. Also, no coffee available until 0800 and there was a $70 pesos charge. I’m an early riser and enjoy coffee early and I feel like for the price of the room coffee should be complimentary. Overall great experience and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting La Paz unless you’re on a business trip (due to WIFI)
