Book La Grande Princesse hotels

The room was beautiful & extremely clean & the view was even better. Day 3 we noticed the staff didn’t seem super thrilled to be working/serving us. The staff at the bar outside by the pool and the girl in the cafe were excellent, however staff at the desk and in the restaurant weren’t too friendly. We also noticed day 3, they had told us they were expecting like 178 people at the resort and we definitely felt that because they ran out of food at dinner and for breakfast/lunch. Paying for all inclusive it was a real bummer. I also paid for a protection plan for my stay and when my flight got cancelled, they refused to refund me for the night we lost and then didn’t have space to accumulate us to extend our stay. Super bummed out all around, thank God the beauty outside outweighed all of this or our trip would have been ruined.

Room was a bit small but nice. Pool and restaurant were good and it was in a good location, walkable to most things we wanted to do.

I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. My children had bites on their arms and legs when they woke up in the morning, which I suspect were bed bugs. I called the hotel and notified the front desk as soon as I left the resort to prevent future guests from being exposed to the same problem. Unfortunately, the management never returned my call. To make matters worse, several female staff members in the restaurant and bar by the beach were extremely rude. Clearly not worth the money spent.

Great rental - wonderful location, everything was exactly as described and pictured online. Very comfortable beds, all the appliances worked perfectly, everything was updated and clean. The hosts left nice welcoming elements in the condo (ingredients for a typical Cruzan drink, sunscreen). We very much enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the hot tub, the beach-related amenities (towels, beach chairs, toys), and this rental was a great location for branching out to experience the history, culture, and nature of St. Croix! We ate almost every meal on the balcony, enjoying the lovely ocean view. Thank you!

This is the best neighborhood and cottage to stay at on the whole island. When anyone on the island asked where we were staying and I said Judith’s Fancy they all knew that it was the nicest area on the island. It's just 10 minutes to Christiansted and around 20 minutes to Fredricstad. The hosts Chad and Emily couldn't be more friendly and inviting. They helped us find the best places to see. It was just an all around great place to stay
