Good things / cheaper than down the road in Tamworth - but this town not big in facilities need to got to main town for rsl / major eaterys ect . Room 9 had comfy double bed - masive tv that gets sky regiinal ( has high definition channels unlike lithgow hotel which had shoe box tv ) air con excellent working condition- only thing to criticize maybe shower had mediam water pressure ,was ok ....parking outside had no painted on driveway / no guessing or pushing in on my no 9 room . Being late Saturday office not open but found keys and sunday am still not open but left keys in box so no dramas ( thats why put average for staff ,didnt see them but worked ) bathroom shower head droopy leaky were nuts get tightened but acceptable/ overall if want quiet out of town feel ,was nice to stay....

Unfortunately this hotel is past its prime. Rooms are musty and carpets,tiles and paint all need to be updated to remove musty smell. They have started upgrading some rooms but all need to be done. The price of upgraded rooms is not worth extra price in this location.

A few of the rooms are a bit tired, but there are some that have been renovated, but they are clean and have everything i need for a few days, and very reasonably priced. I go down from the Gold Coast to visit my dad in aged care, so i just need a clean bed, nice shower, and facilities to make a cuppa and toast, so it ticks all the boxes for me.

Welcoming and friendly staff. We stayed in a family room - double bed with a bunk bed that had a double on the bottom and a single on top. Clean room with facilities to make your own beverage plus a microwave. Room itself could do with updating but was servicable. Outdoor area lacked attention.

Our stay at this motel was horrendous. When we checked in and entered our room, the smell was foul. The carpet was wet and stunk of old mould. The single bed was falling to pieces, you could barely sit on the sit without falling off. They couldn’t even be bothers to put fitted sheets on our beds so the under sheet would constantly move around when you slept. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The tiles in the shower were buckling and bending, the shower head would spurt in all directions, leaving the whole bathroom wet, and bugs would fly in and out through the window. Not to mention above the sink there is no mirror. Definitely would not recommend if you’re just looking for the basics in a stay- clean, hygienic, basic level of comfort and good service. This motel does not offer these.

It isn’t the Ritz but a clean comfortable motel. We loved having a blanket instead just a hot doona . Had every thing we required. Shower the water was very hot. We will be back. Has a Microwave, Toaster, fridge and a large TV. Comfortable bed

The 3 bed room was spacious and clean, it had a larger fridge than normal, a counter top and a toaster to make and sit at with your toast and cuppa. Tammy was very helpful with any queries we had.
