Upon checking in the guy asked me to look at my credit card info to see if he had charged $80, damage fee, twice. Said he wasn’t sure if he did or not. Didn’t appear he did. That was July 13, 2025. He mentioned the $80 would come off my card in any three days. Today ohs July30, 2025 and status shows pending as it has since then. Why???? There was NO damage to room nor property!

The property was new and felt clean and comfortable to come to after traveling half the day and needing to rest your head and relax and rejuvenate. The breakfast had plenty of options too.

Everything was great minus an elevator being out which we heard from other guests it had been out for a week before workers showed up to fix it...it was very awkward and inconvenient to be sharing the lone elevator with the busy cleaning staff who had no issue crowding you in while you are trying to load luggage
