The “king” beds in the UK are smaller than our standard in Canada. I was surprised by this and thrilled when Edward was so kind as to move us to a super king room. He was very accommodating and this made our short stay before our trip home most enjoyable.

Every thing very good apart from shuttle bus service which was impossible to book on line on day of arrival. Booking for airport terminal was fine( by helpful hotel staff member )but shuttle arrived at hotel approx 25 mins late. Not good enough!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Able to arrange shuttle transport with no problems.Lovely clean and comfortable room,bathroom clean and with bath products. Resturant good choice,served by friendly communicative staff,food good quality,served quickly and efficiently .A really good overnight stay , making my onward journey uncomplicated and very pleasant. Fantastic service

Very warm welcome by the staff. It had been a terrible journey back to the UK and was fantastic to be made very welcome at the reception in the early hours of the Sunday morning. Very much appreciated!!

Fantastic airport hotel

Fantastic stay. So convenient, lovely decor lovely staff, room was gorgeous, bed was comfortable, spotlessly clean, didn’t have to pre book parking just turned up and paid for 3 days parking. Walk to the airport about 5 mins. We would definitely stay at this hotel again Ate at the pan Asian restaurant, was just ok, for the price expected it to be amazing, v expensive for what it was.
