I was disappointed in this hotel. When I arrived, no staff was there to check me in and no bell available, I had to go hunt someone down and I wasn't the only one waiting (6 pm, not an unusual time). I got charged $25/day for parking, despite the property having 2 designated lots. I think that's crappy. Place felt poorly managed. Reservation was for 3 people, only provided towels for 2, lamp pull broken, window shade broken, poorly air-conditioned. They don't provide housekeeping until after 2nd night Accumulated effect left me disappointed. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Location is very convenient

Cutest little inn near southernmost point. Very walkable to the main spots on Duval Street and all activities. Perfect for a couples getaway, quiet, super cozy and intimate with 2 pools and a hot tub to relax. We really enjoyed the happy hour before going out for dinner. Would book again! Thank you :)

This property is a tropical oasis. Stayed in single rm on top floor of the main house. Access to a deck that overlooks the entire property. Two pools and hot tub.the staff kept everything clean. Pool towels etc. The best part of my stay was the lady that checked me in. Her name is Kia and she went above and beyond to see that my stay was perfect.You don't see customer service like that anymore. Couldn't be happier. Will only stay here for my next trip.

Resort fees, parking fees??? Another $250 for 3 day and we didn’t use the pool. The floors in the room were filthy. Water pressure was none existent and took 3-4 minutes for warm water. The nightly ghost antics of lights on & off and rattling the blinds was unexpected.

The hotel was perfectly located on the Duval loop busline and convenient to everything. Gave it 4 stars because they are renovating and our room was a bit noisy during the day. The staff were great and the property was very clean

Good overall

It was good for the price. Very clean property, they maintain the grounds well. Bed was ok, need better pillows. Didn’t like that u can’t control the AC in ur room. The entire building is the same temp. Breakfast was included but pretty basic. The staff is nice . However at 7am most mornings the staff is yelling and talking loudly in hallways. If you’re not an early riser it’s annoying.

Kia was amazing. She works at the front desk and really met our needs. She helped us with siding what tours to take and she helped us with local restaurants and shops and sightseeing tours. The staff onsite & over the phone was the worst staff on the planet! I have never had this worst experience in my ENTIRE life. Very rude, and the room wasn't pleasant at all. In the bathroom toilet area, had "blood" splatter on two of the walls.
