Classic bait and switch. Stayed in attic room that was a dump. Was advertised with pics showing an actual real bed and not a metal cot (no, for real) and a nice size glass and tile shower. Got a 3 by maybe 3 shower with a dollar store shower curtain. A crooked mounted toilet that your knee rams straight into. Just don’t. Maybe there’s other nice rooms but I doubt it. And yes the other reviews about hotel fee when you show up are true… at least when booked through Expedia.

Unfriendly checkin. Room was not even cleaned the one time they purportedly did so during a 3 night stay — just made the bed, took away used towels and left a pile of clean ones. Despite a daily resort fee that supposedly included 2 bottles of water each day, they never brought new bottles even with the room “cleaning.” Didn’t bring more toiletries (shampoo, body wash, lotion) even with “cleaning.” Room itself in mediocre condition. Be careful about whether you’re assigned to non-ground floor — no elevator.

I stopped by the office around 1:00 pm; Tamika got me checked in and set up my parking pass early, so all I had to do was pick up my room key when my room was ready at 4:00 pm. Room was pleasant, clean and comfortable; A/C worked very well. Also, very impressed with the Starbucks coffee machine!

Check in was slow and confusing. Room was a big disappointment. “Suite” was very cramped and bathroom was awful. Grout not scrubbed in decades, gray dirty caulking around tub. Needed a room for 3 and we had an extra person charge of $40/night. But that was for a terrible sofa bed with a very thin mattress, felt every spring underneath. Be sure you don’t get this “suite”. Whoever sleeps on the couch has to go through the one bedroom to reach the bathroom. In the room with the couch you can’t walk around the bed or open the mini fridge if the bed is pulled out. The floors downstairs and up are very very uneven so be careful. They’ve laid vinyl flooring over the previous but it’s not at all level. They’ve tried to screw down some of the luxury vinyl plank downstairs in the dining area. This is very much a 2 star operation. The breakfast had make your own waffles, hard boiled eggs and yogurt which were appreciated. We also liked the happy hour of wine, cheese cubes and nuts. Paying over $1400 for the 2 nights was even for Key West excessive. I was hoping for charm but it is just shabby and front desk people are not friendly. I’d advise looking elsewhere.

What a cute little place, very clean, breakfast had great variety. 2 pools and a hot tub out back. About a 10 minute walk to duval st. We were able to check in and leave our luggage in a secure spot until the room was ready which epwas very convenient. Will stay there again.

Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff is not the friendliest but ok. AC unit couldnt keep the room as cool as I prefer. Continental breakfast was very good and the coffee was great. Wine and cheese social daily was nice.
