Rooms are very clean, and staff is great. The property is maintained well but quite outdated . Breakfast variety makes you go diabetes by just looking at it... There is no comparison to European standards as for this price I'd get 4 star hotel and enormous room.

Great location! The staff was helpful and they had off-street parking less than a block away after we dropped off our bags. However, there was no an elevator.

The room was small and location of back entrance was extremely noisy throughout the night. The housekeeping was never seen for the two night stay. The front clerk, hostesses at breakfast and groundskeeper were very friendly and cordial!

This is a really great place to stay while in Key West. We will come back to wonder place again. I loved the fact that we could get into the hot tub and anytime day or night. Loved the location. It was perfect for us.. Our room had a nice living room area as well.

The room was just ok, the air conditioner controls were bright like a night light and made it hard to sleep. The room was small no where to hang up extra towels. The staff was not real friendly the night agent was nice but no one else was very friendly. The pools were nice and the location is good but not much bang for the buck.
