Professional and kind staff. Wonderful room spacious and clean.

Hot breakfast, scrambled eggs from a box and sausage was hard to eat. The pictures you see on the website of the nice clean tile are just little corners of the hotel. The rooms are tired, the furniture used up, the walls are painted but the bad plaster shows through. It is a bit sticky, and I won't be staying again. Staff was ok, friendly enough. Workout room has a good variety of hand weights but is small, with not much airflow and 30 year old carpet. So I worked out outside.

Easy parking, nice staff and clean room.

Staying at this hotel for 4 nights was great. The staff were all professional and friendly. The food at both the breakfast buffet and Max's was exceptional. I have been to hotel's like the Fairmont Kea Alani and although you don't get the ocean views you still sense the Aloha spirit.

We traveled from the Bay Area for the weekend for my nieces wedding. Most of the bridal party was booked into this hotel so we all decided to chill and relax the day before the wedding with the complimentary cucumber/lemon water and much needed coffee. Relaxing by the pool and fire pit was the best part until the bugs came out hahaha, they even had a little room to play board and card games… it was fun…. Definitely would book here again if ever needing to be in this area

Hotel is not dirty dirty but dirty. Loud, everywhere. Next to HWY 50, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you talking, a vending machine down the hall vibrates everything when its compressor kicked on. Parking is tight and over crowded
