After reading the great reviews about Amber we were still expecting to be mildly disappointed. This was definitely not the case! Food was incredible, rooms were awesome, and staff were so friendly they made you feel like family. It’s not a 5 star hotel chain experience, but that’s not what you go to Lombok for. If you love the beach, salt water, and lazing by a pool at a resort with a stylish / rustic beach design you’ll love Amber.
