Great location for early flight out of Kansai. The room very clean, spacious, and the amenities in the room were excellent. Highly recommend you upgrade to a business room. Found the breakfast okay. Not my cup of tea but we all found something to eat. Quality okay. Can't beat the conscience if you are flying out of the Kansai airport.

A great place to stay between flights or if you have to travel elsewhere the next day/evening! It's a five minute walk from Terminal 1 (covered walkways) and two minutes walking from the trains/buses to other parts of Japan. The hotel itself is very quiet, super clean, and good value for the money. There's a convenience store right outside the entrance of the hotel, and some restaurants as well. If I arrive on a later flight to Osaka in the future, I will 100% be staying here again if I need to travel elsewhere the next day.

This is a great place to stay after a long flight. It is right at KIX, and the staff is very professional and welcoming. I prefer the old method of checking in with a happy face, but I suppose that self-checkin is the wave of the future. After a night with severe jet lag, I checked out the following morning without an important multipurpose charger. I called the hotel when I got to my new one in downtown Osaka, and reception immediately sent someone running to my room to find my forgotten item. They found it, neatly bagged it, and returned it to me today. Thank you!

Nice hotel. Located just a walk across from Terminal 1 which made it convenient for our early morning flight to Vietnam. Lawson convience store located just outside of hotel entrance, lots of dining options if you walk back towards Terminal 1. Check out 551 Horai for the good food! Riku Outlet mall was just one train stop away if you want to get some shopping done but hotel location was far from the actual city (about a 40 min train ride to main attractions like Dotonbori). So the commute is something to consider if you’re in Osaka for an extended period of time but the train rides weren’t that expensive. Would stay here again.
