HISTORY OF THE PROPERTY
The property is steeped in history - previously owned by the Late and famous Richard Sterling, Australian Astrologer, TV icon and concert pianist, who wrote astrology columns for the Australian Woman's Weekly magazine for 25 years and had his own television show in the 1970's. Some of his TV friends who he often entertained at the property were the late Burt Newton and wife Patty, Don Lane and Ita Buttrose to name a few.
