no wifi on the first night the gentlemen took my request and followed up luckily the wifi was fixed ans ok on the 2nd and 3rd night a big thank you to that gentlemen the room was a bit old and the bath room could sometimes smelly the location is very good, and walk down to the JR station, or walk up to old Karuizawa Ginza Street

Large rooms and very comfortable beds. A bit far from the station but manageable if you don't have extra large luggage. Super delicious Korean restaurant nearby with a very friendly Korean owner. It's a must if you like Korean food ,!!

It’s a tranquil area, right next to the New art museum and glass-made chapel. The kettle in the room is a warm touch, kept us warm with hot drinks walking in from the freezing temperature.

It lives up to its name with peaceful, park surroundings. Beautiful reception and high quality food served for breakfast. Felt like being in a grand restaurant. Everything was unique, farm fresh milk and cream. Banquet to savour anyone’s tastes. The amenities in the room were high quality along with robes and slippers. Some unique features of the shower but just a new custom.

The room was large for a Japan property, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well located on the street with lots of restaurants and shops. The only thing was that parking was a bit further and the furniture/hotel was definitely a bit dated, for example, the air conditioner. However, they were all in functioning condition. I would recommend this place at the price point that we paid for.

Warm welcome when we rolled up on our bicycles and they even gave us chocolate! Large room and very clean. Room was A bit dated but well maintained and comfortable. Excellent location for restaurants and shopping.
