Our stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah was perfect from start to finish. The resort is stunning, incredibly clean, and the service is top-notch. Every staff member was friendly and professional, but special thanks to our amazing butlers, Emmanuel and Luis, they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Villa 40 was beautiful, and the hospitality made us feel truly pampered. We can’t wait to come back!

The butlers, porters. golf cart drivers, waiters and waitresses were genuinely friendly and hospitable. Some even remembered our names after meeting the first day. Our concierge Allesandra was very attentive and most helpful during the week, property is clean and dining options were good for all inclusive. We were fortunate to be moved into Family Selection area of resort upon check in, we did not know about this beforehand, but an excellent upgrade for families wanting a little more privacy. Location is a good 25-30 minutes from Tulum, and an hour from Tulum Airport just so you know. Overall, very good experience at this property and would highly recommend it.

Stay was pleasant until there was an incident involving my 5 year old daughter that was handled poorly and unreasonably. The supervisor's response made no sense and simply ruined the mood for the rest of the stay. I would not return to this resort and would opt for a different one since it is a beautiful area.

Everything was great, except for the fact that the all inclusive package from Expedia did not include transportation to and from the airport to the resort. Last time we were there everything was taken care of in an A to Z fashion. This was an extreme inconvenience at the start of our vacation.

In Family selection we were pampered and treated like family. The areas were well kept. Attention to kids activities were very important to us. Our kids 7,5 loved it. They could have a little more activities during the evening. Property was clean and food was good. You did not go thirsty either.
