I would have given this resort a 10/10 it was amazing at first we loved it. The kids were obsessed with the swim up pool suite. What made me downgrade my rating was the pressure they put on us to do a “timeshare” presentation but they call it a membership but same thing basically and when I decided against that because I am there to be on vacation not to go to presentations I felt like service then declined. Also they tried charging me for one of the beds on the beach that I never used like actually did not ever use and they said staff saw us there I asked for them to provide me with the footage, they did not. It was only 25 dollars so if I had used it I would have paid. Then one of our butlers was really unresponsive and they never sent the car to pick us up for our departure. The whole point in family selection is to have that VIP service. Sucks that the last day had to ruin that experience.

Grand Palladium Kantenah resort, is a beautiful resort. So much to see and explore. I love how they have made an effort to not discomfort the animals that live here. The staff is very attentive and nice. The resort is always very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Carla by the pool was the best and can say helped improved my trip. Ana at the front desk was also very accommodating. And the membership representative Oz was amazing and almost talked me into buying into the GP. But after sleeping on it I decided against it. Everything else was very disappointed with this resort. I almost purchased a membership and decided to think about it and see the resort and was disappointed with the lack of communication between the staff it took 3 room assignments before I got a clean room. the restaurants were empty and they said they had no reservations. The golf cart drivers (Luciano specifically) was extremely rude. This resort was very very large with 4 resorts on the properties with rules on where you could or could not go to. All resorts on the properties had fairly good nightly shows but absolutely nothing to do after the show. No music at the pool no entertainment at all very boring but if you are looking for absolutely NOTHING to but lay at the pool (ocean had seaweed) again very boring, I won't return to this resort. I've gone to Grand palladium in Jamaica and had an amazing time but this resort was not for me.

Property was great! We love the Family Selection. The beds were a little to firm. There are lots of activities to do around the property. Family selection allows you lots of access. Pools were great, beach not so great due to the season. Cons- The staff will ask you almost everyday to tour the Property for future travels in other locations almost like a (timeshare). Sometimes it just becomes way too much after telling them NO multiple times. When your on vacation and with your own personal itinerary for your family you just dont want to be bother with this.

I would have given the resort a full five stars if we had been informed that the beach was closed due to the sargassum. We had no idea about the situation, as it was not mentioned anywhere in the information provided. We were very disappointed to arrive at the resort only to find out that the beach was basically unusable. If we had known, we would have postponed our yearly family trip to October

Transportation on the property and butler service was great. Pool and beach areas were beautiful. Needed to keep asking for basic items from housekeeping: toilet paper, washcloths. Lots of dining options. They had an open vendor market one night- avoid at all costs! The vendors were selling same items for the gift shop at prices 10xs higher and will charge your credit card prices not agreed upon.

The property is huge, there is a lot to do for kids. However, their service and accommodation is garbage. Watch out when you see the The Club level people as they will try to steal and persuade and promise of coupons and gifts and thats all false.

This property is at excellent level. Very friendly staff, quality foods, great sceneries, 5ft pools, and more. But you may consider some tips before picking this hotel complex. 1- buildings are located far from lobby/restaurants. so, you will need a (free) cart ride to get there. The wait time for those carts was 15 to 45 minutes, depending on day and time. 2- The beach was not swimmable at this season. There were plenty of sea weeds and floating sands that makes it look nasty. 3- If you're coming through Cozumel's airport, allow more than 2 hours for transportation. Ferry leaves every 30 min. 4- Restaurants only serve dinner. For lunch (and breakfast of course) you may use one of the buffets. All in all, the hotel is located in a very beautiful land and maintains high quality standards for everything they offer.

The resort is spacious and easy to navigate. Transportation between buildings were outstanding always easy to find or request . Restaurants are not possible to book at all so options are to eat at the buffet mostly. Room service was just ok ( they need more attention to details)
