After readingother reviews I thought I checked into the wrong hotel. The poolwas open. The roomwas spotless with clean linens.Plenty of towels in the bathroom. All of the staff was genuinely nic,even though i gave Susan a rough time because Hotels.comcharged my credit card beforeIgot there and didn't allow me to pay cash which is what was offered when I first booked the reservation.

The outside pool was on the part of the building just off the highway so it was loud and not great for relaxing. It was a nice surprise to have hot options for breakfast. It was nice for a one night stop.

Wet beds and added fees will not return

Even though you have a credit card on file and paid in full they change another card $100 deposit for incidentals. Note that the refund IS NOT quickly, first they have toni inspect room, then it can take up to 10 days to post. It was nice and clean, felt safe, good location, free parking, our bed was damp we had to lay on towels until our beds completely dried by pulling back the comforter. Manager did not care at all. Ultimately I would NOT return due to charge of the $100 in combo with no care of customer service when presented with a significant problem of wet beds! We arrive late at 130am but could sleep for over an hour because of wet bedding.

Good location but mixed review

The location was right off 70 but in a quiet area. Staff was very friendly and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately my room had a very musty/sour smell and the carpet actually felt damp from outdoor humidity. There also wasn't a blowdryer in my room. Breakfast was nice.

The staff was rude and lied on multiple occasions. 3 different people. The pool was closed once for rain but the next day they hadn’t opened it even though they said it should’ve been. They told us we could have late checkout and then changed their mind that morning 15 minutes before checkout and said we needed to checkout because they booked our room. The managers were nice but it took 5 plus phone calls to managers, staff, and Expedia to get it straightened out. They wouldn’t give a full refund. Overall experience was horrific and we were kicked out at 11 even though they had told us 1pm was fine. We were planning on showering and doing guest laundry but were unable to do any of that or use the pool. Very disappointing stay.
