Best day of entire trip

The reception staff here were amazing. Really helpful & friendly. The pool was incredible. Best pool on whole trip. This was my last destination and it's a little way to go for one day but I'm so glad I did.

Right on the ocean…private beach. Lots of nature. Nature trail, very fun family housing, beautiful pool, good food, kayaks and bikes for rent…we loved it here! So fun! Easy to find…great signage.

Very nice property outskirts Kampot city by the beautiful bay. We really enjoy in the swimming pool looking at the sunset and listening to the birds singing. Good choice of food and drinks. Down side is hungry cat and dog are walking by our dining table.

Housekeeping was a little lax. Wi-Fi I was very weak, TV had same issues. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Dinners were excellent. It did have a great pool.

Rainy season spoiled its bit unfortunately

Nice place to stay. Would have been a better experience for us if it hadn't been rainy season as we couldn't enjoy the place fully. You are a long way out of kampot so if you want to do anything else be prepared to travel. Should be a nice place to spend a relaxing few days during high season though.

The resort and facilities and food excellant.The staff friendly and helpful.Local area noisy only at times. However in PP airport staff aggressive unhelpful and unfriendly which would stop us from returning even though the resort is a little piece of heaven.

Nice piece of luxury

Although upmarket, this is a very nice resort, well maintained, good service, excellent mineral pool. I only stayed 1 nigh, due to a busy schedule but hope to come back again.

A good getaway place for a relaxing quiet weekend.

Check in quick and efficient. Parking easy. Bungalows tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, bathroom with double basin, inside and outside shower. The cable TV was limited to only around 5 to 7 channels and the BBC channel was too spotty to watch, so decided to watch DVD; unfortunately the DVD player did not work. The restaurant was fine. Staff were helpful. The food prices were not expensive, being the same as at restaurants elsewhere. Nice to have breakfast by the sea. The hotel has pleasant gardens but that part going to the pier is yet to be finished. The pier is nice but is unfinished with broken structures roped off including the shelters with seating. The swimming pool was lovely, next to the sea, and was constantly being cleaned. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Appealing hotel

Grass roofed room with en suite bathroom plus an outside shower which was lovely. Hotel was very quiet when we were there . Restaurant is good with attentive service. Lovely outlook over the sea. Beautiful pool. It is about 16 Km from Kampot and similar distance from Kep . A daily shuttle is available but leaves at 10am and returns at 16.30. A return taxi would be $20. There is no information about possible places to visit and on enquiring at reception all that was offered was the price of a taxi. This is disappointing as the hotel is isolated but there are attractions a drive away and I would have expected information on possible guided trips and bait trips etc. The spa was shut for training, this was not shared on check in. It is a beautiful location , particularly if all you want is to get away form it all, however information is required for visitors to enable them to explore the area should they chose to do so.

Great resort, family friendly. Fantastic rooms

Unfortunately there was a problem with the pool due to some incident that occurred on new year's eve. We were staying with a couple friends of ours with a small kid so decided to change. The management was very attentive to our needs and understanding the situation facilitated the change as well as offering a discount on our stay. The resort is very well designed with plenty of green, beautifully designed round bungalows and the pool would have been great. We thank the management for their support. The restaurant was also very good. It was very unfortunate they had this problem with the pool as otherwise sure we would have enjoyed what was promising to be a great stay.

L’accueil par le duty manager originaire de Myanmar était très chaleureux. L’hôtel est un bon endroit pour se reposer au calme car tout est si silencieux. Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire dans l’hotel, ni autour car aucune plage et un côté est fermée par une rivière, l’autre accessible mais non praticable avec des chiens et pêcheurs locaux installés. Le service au restaurant est très bon et les les prix raisonnables. 40 minutes du centre de Kampot.

Good place with helpful and nice staff. Breakfast was ok but not the best one. All prices of food and drinks were quite higher than in other places in Cambodja and it was not allowed to bring in food or drinks from outside to the resort.

Accueil de qualité, belles prestations. Cependant je n'aurais jamais choisi cet hôtel au tarif plein. Et je ne suis probablement pas la seule car nous étions quasiment les seuls dans ce bel espace. nous avons la piscine pour nous seuls toute une matinée!. Cet hôtel n'aurait-il pas intérêt au revoir ses tarifs à certaines périodes de l'année? Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'expédia prélève par carte bancaire car j'aurais souhaité payer cash à l'accueil. votre site n'est probablement pas clair sur ce sujet.

Magnifique hotel, loin de Kampot, navette HS

Hotel très bel, séjour d'un jour en jullet 2018,2 chambres, 2 adultes et 2 enfants, cadre magnifique avec ses piscines, ses bungalows (salle de bain à l'extérieur cela vaut le détour). Chambre spacieuse, climatisation silencieuse. Hall climatisé. Personnel très accueillant, nous a donné les bungalows dès notre arrivé à 12:00 et des parapluies. La navette gratuite était en panne, le personnel ne nous a pas proposé une alternative. Nous avons dû prendre un tuk tuk à nos charges pour aller à Kompot. Petit déjeuné continental en buffet , très bon et variés, salle climatisée. Localisation, trop loin de Kampot pas bus à proximité. Déplacement uniquement pat tuk tuk ou taxi.
