Jumeirah luxury accommodation

This hotel has amazing staff whether it be the young lady welcoming us at 2 am or the lady at guest relations who was more than helpful and went great lengths to make things easier for us. Highly recommandable.

A nice clean comfy room, good internet access, plenty of towels, super breakfast & shuttle bus service to the airport

Food unbelievable- cater for everyone. Full board was too much I would recommend going half board. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room staff do nice little gestures such as cable tidies. They fold clothes and clean your room.

One of the best hotel in Dubai, I recommended everyone

We loved staying in the suite here the rooms were enormous and renovated and new. The staff were excellent and room was also soundproof if you’re by a pool and worried about kids being noisy. The hotel was very accommodating of our unusual arrival and departure hours for our 12 hour Dubai layover during the day. Spa and club room were a little tired looking and food range that you get quite limited. That part didn’t feel luxurious while the rest of the property did. Also liked it was next door to the new Atlantis so you can explore and enjoy restaurants there too.
