It lies 30 kilometres to the northwest of Canberra, Australia's capital city.

Visitors will discover a variety of wonderful attractions 20 kilometres to the southeast in Franklin. It's well worth setting aside some time to soak up the Australian War Memorial, Telstra Tower, the Australian National Botanic Gardens and everything else this area has to offer.
