Ocean Place Penthouse Paradise! Oceanfront, 2 Pools - 7 min walk to the Ritz!

Our gorgeous, updated - 2 bedroom penthouse is in the gated community of Ocean Place, on the southern end of Amelia Island. It is perfect for your next getaway! The ocean views from our private balcony are spectacular! There are two oceanfront pools (please note the southern pool is temporarily closed) and private beach access. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels for your convenience. There is a short walk to the Ritz-Carlton where you can dine in their fine restaurants, enjoy their spa, or stop by one of their bar lounges.

Located on the seventh floor, the main bedroom overlooks the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and has a King-sized bed. The second bedroom has two, twin-sized beds or can be converted into a second King-sized bed. (Please let us know when you book if you'd like the twins converted.)

Our condo offers luxury throughout, from the furnishings, gourmet kitchen, linens, towels, and appliances to staff that is immediately available to meet your every need. There are standard and Keurig coffee pots. We supply shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience. Both bedrooms and the great room have flat-screen TVs complete with cable packages and hi-speed Internet for your streaming needs, teleworking, or distance learning.

There are many highly-rated restaurants and a full-service grocery store minutes away. And there are beautiful walking/biking paths steps from the entry gate. Historic Fernandina Beach is also a short drive from where you will find a variety of wonderful restaurants and interesting shops. Amelia Island has so many enjoyable activities for those that like more than lounging on the beach. There are highly rated golf courses, kayak tours, tennis, pickleball, river cruises, yoga, ghost tours, fishing, mini golf, e-bike rentals, and horseback riding on the beach. Many local establishments regularly have musicians performing. Fort Clinch State Park is a beautiful and interesting excursion located on the north end of Amelia Island and is a ten-minute drive from our condo. You can walk back in time and see how soldiers lived in the 19th century at this perfectly preserved fort. The park also has walking and biking trails and spots for fishing.

Jacksonville international airport is just 45 minutes away. Take a road trip to the Jacksonville Zoo, St. Augustine, or Jekyll Island, home of the Georgia Sea Turtle Center. See why Amelia Island has become one of the foremost resort/vacation destinations in the US!

NOTES:
There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy.
There is a $150 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges, and it is released 10 days after you depart.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase travel insurance.
