This hotel is very comfortable and well appointed, but I felt it was way overpriced, probably due to it being the only hotel at Inverness Airport. It’s very convenient for the airport and the service was great.

Just a mid journey over night stay, arrived late and left early, didn’t have a chance to comment on amenities or food and drink. Bedroom and toilet were very very clean, air conditioning was good and bed very comfortable.

Nice staff.Hotel near the airport and free parking.Breakfast, dinner available.Our room was spacious and clean but no house keeping.Beds not made,bins not empty and tea,coffee,milk not replenished stayed for 2 nights. Everything provided but the shower pressure was not strong enough.

We booked our room in November and arrived just before 3 the day we had booked we got a room with a shared door. Our neighbors watched tv, talked loudly and their baby cried until 1230am. We had to get up at 330am. Make sure you don’t get a shared room. It was a disaster.

With a 4AM wake up we went to bed early. About two hours later the fire alarm went off. Get dressed, go outside and hang around. No one seems to know what's going on other than there may be a fire!! However staff did say this happened a few days ago and it was a false alarm. After asking staff what the procedure was we were told we had to wait for the fire brigade to arrive and check out the building. Until that time no one was allowed back in. 20 minutes later still no sign of the fire department. Another 5 or 10 minutes went by, the alarm stopped and everyone went back inside. No search by the fire department, in fact I don't believe they ever turned up. I realise system errors occur, but twice in a few days at an not too cheap hotel is unacceptable. We never did receive the wake up call we booked. Not a very impressive performance.
