Close to everythind. Interlaken west train and bus is right across the street. Very clean, free coffee all day. Decent breakfast.

Hotel very close to train which was a big plus for us. Great restaurants close by like Krebs, the best food we had. Good shopping too

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The location is brilliant right next to Interlaken West train station, bus station and the boat stop for lake Thun. It is also near restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. We had a mountain view room with balcony which was really good. The breakfast was delicious especially the scrambled egg which is the best I've ever had in a hotel! I would definitely stay here again. It also has really good A/C.

Exceptional experience

Absolutely amazing experience staying at Hotel Bernerhof. The staff was exceptional. Location was perfect. 10/10 for cleanliness and breakfast. I would definitely recommend choosing this hotel if you're planning to stay in Interlaken.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from both the bus and train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to most European hotel standards, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again on my next visit!
