High class hotel. Rooms are large and well appointed. Every small detail seems to have been looked at. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but chill air from outside and a fan did it well. Included breakfast was generous and delicious. Restaurant for evening meals was excellent from starters to desserts. Staff was helpful and offered service in many languages. Quite professional service, although a bit cold.

Very lovely boutigue hotel. Restaurant food was great and tasty.Quality was all worth for price. Personell was professional, gentle and helpful. Same I can say for breakfast staff, very polite and professional. The hotel where I will defenetly return.

Nature, Food, and Tranquillity

The hotel staff were all very kind. The restaurant is phenomenal. The copper bar is super fun. The hiking and trekking is beautiful. Everything felt safe and comfortable and clean. My wife and I had a standard room. There was a small balcony with a nice view of the mountain and nature. The room was spacious enough but not overly large. There was no coffee maker, which was a big flaw in my opinion. The safe just barely (and I mean just barely) fit a 13” MacBook Pro. Some of the design in the room was not great. The bathroom had a sliding door to enter, and then another sliding door that moved positions to cover the shower or toilet area. However, the sliding door was not measured properly and left a 2” gap for the toilet area...not ideal. The lighting was comfortable, but not practical to see well in the bathroom. The rooms have Bluetooth speaks installed, which was nice. However, the guests next to us were enjoying loudly until 3am when we had to complain. The bed was extremely soft with springs...not my preference. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is pet friendly, and we brought our 55 pound dog. The cost is 30 euros per night. That price was not advertised on Hotels.com or the hotel’s website and felt it was overly expensive. There are several cute and small towns near by within 30 minutes. Oh, Hotels.com stated that we would get one free service at the spa. However, that was not correct.

The hotel is very well run with a staff who couldn't be more helpful, on arrival we were issued with guide books and maps of the area so we were able to plan our days activities. The spa situated in the basement was well equipped with sauna, steam and gym facilities while the jacuzzi and pool were a welcome area of relaxation. The restaurant had a extensive menu with the food both cooked and presented to a very high standard. Only criticism would be a lack of room tea and coffee making facilities and an instruction book on the room and hotel.
