Amazing time!

The place is amazing. The nature is present all aound the resort. The employees are so friendly, always with a big smile for us. The food are incredible delicious and a lot of options/ variety to our choice.

A very nice and relaxing location. A GREAT place for young families with fun facilities and very nice beach. Breakfast and lunches were good but the dinner time was very repetitive. Overall a good place ti stay

Estivemos hospedados por alguns dias no hotel e, infelizmente, a experiência deixou a desejar em vários pontos. Apesar de ser um all inclusive, sentimos muita falta de opções infantis no almoço e jantar — o cardápio parecia não considerar que muitas famílias viajam com crianças. Outro ponto negativo foi a área das piscinas. Nenhuma delas é aquecida, o que compromete bastante o uso, principalmente em dias mais frios ou nublados. O quarto também teve seus problemas: ficamos sem água quente, e o serviço de arrumação se limitava apenas a esticar a cama, sem nenhuma limpeza

Banheiro vazando água e não resolveram durante a estadia. Falaram que ia resolver, que ia trocar de quarto e ninguém nunca concluía. Ficou só nas palavras. Interfone não funcionava. Tive quer ir na recepcão por dois dias para reabastecerem o frigobar com água, porque falavam que iam repor e nunca chegava ninguém. Na ultima vez disse q só ia para quarto quando agua estivesse lá.

Surpreendente

Minha esposa é deficiente visual e ao chegar no quarto teria que subir um andar e ela comentou que gostaria que fosse em baixo. O carregador de malas willian escutou e relatou ao supervisor França imediatamente entrou em contato e nos transferiu a um chalé mais perto . Gostaria também de relatar sobre as refeições e os bares do resort. Além de excelente qualidade e atendimento, tem vários pontos de bares e refeições.A praia é ótima para caminhar.

Resort agradável.

O resort é muito agradável e bem cuidado. O quarto é confortável e tem estrutura de lazer muito boa, comida boa com cardápio variados. O ruim é que as piscinas não são aquecidas, pois tem dias de chuvas que dariam pra aproveitar mais. Funcionários atenciosos... Tivemos um incidente de segurança, deixamos uma camiseta na espreguiçadeira em frente a piscina de borda infinita e quando voltamos ela não estava mais lá, reportei para o resort e nada de resolver.

Foi ótima, boa estrutura para crianças. Achei o espaço fantástico e a equipe muito boa. Unico ponto é que meu cabelo voltou esverdeado da piscina e também senti que a comida apesar de muita variedade não tinha muito legume.

Foi maravilhosa nossa primeira vez nesse resort cana brava, a começar pela receptividade de todos os funcionários, o chalé, a limpeza, comida , tudo muito bom. Fomos só o casal, mas queremos voltar com todas a família, porque é um resort que proporciona diversão para adultos e crianças. E o mais legal é que, como estávamos comemorando bodas, o chalé foi decorado para a data especial.
