Very cozy hotel love it

It is a unique place with a lot of history behind it. It has a European feel, great food, things to do, and a caring staff and management since it remains family owned and operated business. Everywhere fresh flowers, mostly from the resort's own greenhouse, wonderful atmosphere, great views, and an upscale spa, sauna, and outdoor and indoor pools.

The ski slopes were accessible. Staff was friendly. Hotel could use upgrading and fix wall paper patches that are peeling. Adding a grab and go breakfast would be helpful.

Only complaint room was too hot but not terrible

The front desk staff and restaurant staff were amazing! The chef even came out to ask us how everything was and interacted with my kiddo. The room was extremely clean and put together. I would absolutely recommend!

My husband, daughter & I went for 4 nights to go skiing. The pros: The price was reasonable & the location was great with the shuttle stop being right in front of the lodge. The pool & hot tub were well maintained and the staff was very nice & friendly. We stayed in a double queen room and it was nice to be able to park right outside our door. The room was clean, warm, the beds were comfy & the microwave & mini frig were appreciated. The cons: The biggest downside to the room was the lack of any dressers for clothing, no bench or desk or table or chairs, only 2 hooks on the wall, & no shelves or cabinet in the bathroom. There's only one small nightstand between the 2 beds. There is a hanging rack by the frig, but very few hangars. So it was hard finding places for our stuff & nowhere to sit besides the beds. I would stay here again if I was looking for something economical, but I'd bring a small folding table & chairs & an extension cord. I would not recommend this for 2 couples, but it's fine for families with one or 2 kids.
