Comfortable and clean

The hotel is in the heart of town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful check in and out. The bed was so cozy and comfortable to sleep on. The only thing I wouldn’t change would be the pillows. The pool is very nice and a great patio area very family friendly. Great local places to eat near by . I was there on a business trip would definitely stay again if in the area.

For a place to stay for one night, it was decent. We rented a room deliberately with a bed and pullout sofa as we had our kids with us. However, there were no linens in the room for the pullout and when I went to the front desk and asked for some the lady said they didn't have any pillows at all for us and could only give us a flat sheet. ... It was extremely frustrating and made no sense. Why allow guests to book rooms with no linens available?? Luckily, we had traveled with blankets so we were able to make do. :/

The staff at check-in was very professional and helpful. The bed was comfy. It appeared to have clean bedding. The bathroom and walls were questionable. Some holes and dirty. The door safety lock was coming out of the wall.

The staff was friendly and professional. The property looked good. There was a faint oder of urine in the room (#315); not around the bathroom, but between the bed and the window. Carpet, probably.

Central location with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Be aware, there can be a lot of sirens on the busy University street. We also had a few issues with the fire alarm going off during the day & night that were disruptive. The bed was very comfortable but the room smelled a little musty like there was too much moisture.

Hotel is very outdated, bathroom had mold on the ceiling and in shampoo holders and around the tub, hallways had constant smell of weed, smoke alarm went off constantly in the middle of the night. Only nice people in the whole staff was housekeeping.

We went wirh family and had 2 rooms...their first room waa very dirty and there was.a slight altercation outside their room as well, but we went to the desk and they gave us another room for them with no hassle and it was much nicer. So we enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. It was our second stay and plan to stay again in the future.
