We stayed in one of the luxury rooms, which was outstanding. As always, the staff were kind ,friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we had one evening meal which was superb. Caley is a fantastic Hotel in a wonderful location. It is one of our happy places. Thanks again, we will be back soon.

Staff and food are the key reasons I’m awarding 5 stars. They dealt with everything even though I forgot to complete the info before arrival. Room was lovely and clean and loved sitting by the log fire near the bar. As a traveller without a dog, I found all the dogs and owners great and appreciated they were separate in the main restaurant.

Friendly & helpful service throughout. Everywhere was super clean. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. Dinner was also of good quality & reasonable value. The room, shower & bed were all quite snug but adequate. I had been advised at the time of booking that the bed was only regular size.
