Book Houston hotels

I wasn’t expecting anything fancy because the price was pretty reasonable, but I was still disappointed with some of the basics. The TV wasn’t working during my stay, and even though the staff came to check it, they couldn’t fix it. The fridge also didn’t work, and a lot of the room equipment felt old and outdated. There was no soap provided for the shower, and the carpet had a noticeable odor as well. The staff was okay overall, but the general quality of the hotel and rooms just didn’t feel up to the mark. For the price, I expected at least the basic things to work properly. The stay experience definitely needs improvement, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast (but I miss their real oatmeal). Disappointed the pool was out of service. Otherwise, nice stay!

El Hotel está súper cómodo y limpio , lo q No me gustó fue que en la habitación el servicio de TV no funcionó (no había canales disponibles para ver ,estaba completamente sin servicio) y el deseyuno no fue bueno.

Our room was not ready at 3pm for check in. The manager was rude and said he would offer us a free Starbucks. We explained that we were there for a wedding that started in 2 hours and needed to get ready. He said that we could use the public restroom in the hotel. He told us to come back in 30 minutes and try to check in again. When we went back there was a 30 minute line. As rewards members with Marriott, we will not be staying here again.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. ✨ As soon as I walked into the lobby, the vibe was amazing — it felt like a trendy club with people genuinely enjoying themselves. Honestly, I didn’t even want to go up to my room after checking in. The outdoor lounge area was beautiful, cozy, and had such a romantic atmosphere. My room was perfect and I absolutely loved the layout. The furniture was modern, clean, and refreshing — no outdated look or musty hotel smell. The rain shower was incredibly relaxing, and the bed was soft, plush, and so comfortable. Even though the WXYZ Lounge downstairs was busy and playing music, my room stayed peaceful and quiet the entire night. I will definitely be staying at the Aloft every time I visit Little Rock. 💕 Hell! I think I will go back to Little Rock just to stay at the hotel.
