As a seasoned traveler who rarely leaves reviews, I felt compelled to share this experience to help others avoid similar issues. Upon arrival, our room lacked several basic amenities, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer that works- items that should be standard in any accommodation. We scheduled a 5:00 AM airport shuttle and confirmed the arrangement with Angie at the front desk, who instructed us to be in the lobby by 4:55 AM. We also requested a wake-up call, which never came, blaming the rainy weather. Apparently the thunder and lightning mess with the phone lines and make wake up calls hit or miss. Despite arriving promptly at 4:55 AM, we were informed the shuttle had already departed because guests are expected to be in the lobby by 4:45 AM—information that was improperly communicated to us. When I raised the issue with Edna at the front desk, she insisted on the 15-minute early arrival requirement, despite our prior confirmation with Angie. The manager, Jackie, was contacted but simply reiterated the same explanation without acknowledging the miscommunication. Avoid this Hotel if you can, it’s dirty, old, lacks standard amenities, no restaurants on site and extremely unreliable and rude staff. I would give it a zero star if I could but it’s not an option
