Offer better breakfast. Hire more employees to take care of guest needs. Our tv did not work they didn’t send anyone to look at it and would not let us change rooms. They said they had to save rooms for people with vouchers. Then around 7 the desk person walked in our room and said she thought it was vacant because that is what the system showed. Then she took our remote because our tv didn’t work and they needed the remote.

The airport shuttle was non-existent. I emailed and phoned several times before our stay to arrange the free shuttle. There was no service from the airport, so it cost $40 by Uber, then a further $30 the following morning. Communication was absent. Check-in was dreadful : the two staff gave the impression that they were too busy to attend to us.

I found MENSTRUAL BLOOD on my clean sheets.... I made complaints to corporate. On site management was supposed to make accommodations (MORE THAN CHANGING MY SHEETS) and NEVER made any attempts to!!!!! Staff was nice but kept making excuses. Breakfast was apple juice, warm yogurt and tiny little muffins some days
