Houston Business Travel

Enjoyable business trip accommodations in a convenient downtown location. The positive aspects also include a clean, newly remodeled room, and lots of space. The negative aspects: no mini bar, limited room service that’s not good and no way to acquire those convenience items nearby. For a business traveler that is not ideal.

Pros: Staff was friendly, access to Lifetime gym was convenient and great, pool was great, in room temperature control and black out blinds, wifi, spacious rooms. Cons: Not walkable, on site restaurant had poor service and food was servee cold, $25/day residence fee that was not communicated in advance, rooms were not cleaned well, did not replace towels until we requested, and they missed cleaning our room even after we asked for it to be cleaned. It was okay, not for the price and location, I wouldn't stay here again.
