It was the best stay for our family’s first time in Hawaii!! I can’t recommend this place enough to people. It’s great for families like us with kids. The views are spectacular. The staff even just from the beginning were so welcoming! They gave us free water flasks bottles and beach toys for the kids! The rooms were so clean and the valet people were incredibly nice and always smiling! Would definitely stay here again when we go to Waikiki!

Where to start with this stay? So much to make a trip relaxing here! Like a well-cared for home without all the work. Fantastic location with or without a personal vehicle. Private parking available onsite. Impeccable level of service and attention from all levels of staff and workers here. Rooms are clean with all the comforts of home including nice bathrooms, kitchens stocked with basic cooking and eating needs, spacious living rooms and relaxing lanais. Dining, shopping, and beach all within walking distance. Loved having the use of their dedicated room to wait in before checking in and after checking out. They have anticipated most traveler’s needs and taken care of many of the travel stresses often encountered. They also have a dedicated area which includes the pool, a sauna, a luxurious grilling area with comfortable dining adjacent to the grills, and a children’s area for the littles with musical instruments and other entertaining games. Fitness area in the same general area. Their restaurant was closed and undergoing renovations during our stay. English and Japanese spoken by many staff. Nice amenities given to guests including reef-safe sunscreen, canvas beach bag and water bottles. There’s so much to love about this place. I highly encourage anyone considering a stay in Waikiki to look at this accommodation.

Loved this place! The view from the balcony was amazing, and the beach was just down the street. The staff was very friendly, and the property was clean and safe, with access restricted to key card holders. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the Aston. Every amenity you need is here, the ocean view, the beautiful room, and let’s not forget the courteous employees. This place has it all. This is my 2nd stay here and will definitely be back. Thank you Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. See you soon.

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. The customer service is outstanding, everyone always greeted you with a smile and the cleaning grew was always making sure everything was right. Thank for hosting us during our 2025 visit , will be back !

Great location

Location location location. Great staff and clean apartments. Pool area was renovated and functional. This is the place to stay if you are looking for comfort and walkability to the beach, many sightseeing attractions and shops.

All of the staff weee friendly and helpful. The location was just across the street. The view was awesome. The location was in the heart of Waikiki with so many restaurants to choose from. The staff has ‘the Aloha Spirit’.

First of all, I selected this property based on guest reviews in addition to what we needed. The hotel upgraded our two bedroom partial ocean view suite to a front ocean view suite and the view did not disappoint at all. Absolutely breathtaking! Our suite was nice and modern except the slatted doors looked out of place. Full kitchen with dishes, washer and dryer, big living room, and bidets if you are into that. We were out touring most of the time but were extremely comfortable when we were in our clean suite. Eggs and things, breakfast restaurant, next door was a great place to eat but long wait at times. McDonald’s is on the other side of the hotel along with other numerous eateries and shops. Very friendly and honest staff. Our last day at the hotel right before checkout, I stopped at the front desk for an extra room key as we had both left them in the room. In addition to the room key, the staff asked for my mother who had left her billfold outside of our suite on the bench near the elevator. Security guard found it and turned it in to the front desk. We definitely wanted to thank as well as compensate the security guard but the front desk shrugged it off like no big deal and no compensation necessary. We thank the staff, especially that security guard, for your professionalism and honesty. All our amazing adventures and experiences would have been soured if my mother had not had her billfold returned. Mahalo!

My family and I arrived fairly late in the evening but were greeted with amazing professional service. As Alaskans not yet prepared for the warm Hawaiian night we were offered crisp refreshments while we checked in as well as cold washcloths. My daughter was offered complimentary beach toys as well as a beach tote bag and sun screen. After check in we were given a quick tour of our room which was pristine. The staff were super friendly and kind throughout our stay. If your staying in Waikiki this hotel has everything your looking for. 5 star service

It was an overall great experience from the front desk to the valet housekeeping. There was a couple of construction going on and remodeling but all your other accommodations were great. My favorite part was that McDonald’s and eggs and more was right next-door perfect for morning breakfast and coffee.

This is a wonderful property with beautiful ocean views, just across the street from Waikiki Beach, which is easily accessible. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay there again!
