From the beautiful view from the ocean view rooms to the customer service that the staff provides, they never disappoint. We are regulars here for several years now. The Twin Fin is definitely our go to. It’s on the strip in a convenient location. Everything in the Waikiki area is within walking distance.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location. I stayed here 7 years ago and ive noticed a massive improvement to the hotel. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked instantly, staff were friendly and very accommodating (shoutout to Mika and Ricky). Hotel offered towels for the beach, which was across the hotel. ABC stores infront, behind and next door. Avis/Budget car rental on site. Scooter/Moped rental behind hotel. Overall this place was great, everything is walking distance. I would stay here again.

This was a wonderful choice for ease of access to a variety of locations. We were able to walk anywhere in Waikiki from the hotel and had plenty of shops to visit our food to try. The staff were great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It is right across the street from the beach which is awesome. Got a room with a beautiful view of the sunset! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the AC would not turn off or lower and made it super cold at night. But overall it was a great experience. Food was within walking distance of hotel.
