Our room with a view and lanai was very nice - not fancy but nice. View was perfect and the staff were so friendly and quick to respond to all requests. We rented a car and used their valet service - super fast and easy. The beaches across the street were safe and protected by a wall - great for kids and also easy access for anyone wanting to go past the wall to SUP or surf, snorkeling. The Beach Candy shop had all the items needed for the beach - chairs and umbrella came with our room. The Tiki Grill and Bar was nice - only ate there 1x - it was a bit pricey and honestly I felt like the selections were not the greatest. There are some other great options within walking distance. Location was perfect for anyone wanting to go to the zoo or catch a tour. The Twin Fin has a nice pool but we spent our time at the beach or taking tours and driving around the island. I am already looking for some days to go back to Honolulu and I will book The Twin Fin again!

Too many reason's to mention. Was allegedly smoking (vape particulate detector) went off in our room. None of us smoke or use them, however someone came into the room who smokes and came after their habit. $500 charge for the alarm that supposedly went off. Absolute bs!!! Will never go back there or recommend!!! Stay Away!!!

We had a double ocean front . A perfect room except a few things . The toilets are the height of a child’s. I’m not kidding . I booked 2 rooms ( requested adjoining 8 months in advance ,didn’t get). Then our beds in both rooms were horrible . Way too soft . Mine folded like taco . Defiantly affected my stay . Everything else was so perfect but those things caused severe pain , I’m elderly and have arthritis pretty bad .
Potential to be a perfect stay . After a few fixes . I mean look at that few.

Partial ocean view did not disappoint and the staff was all very friendly. Lulu’s and Tiki Grill’s staff were great and the service superb! The ease and convenience of rental options at Beach Candy made out time at the beach even better.

Dont get me wrong, the stay was amazing, the pool was amazing, the tikis bar was great, the room was great. The cons are, there is no parking, only ballet. Which is around $58 EACH DAY. When you check into hotel, they charge you a $250 deposit. They took the 250 out in my account when i got there and when i got home. They charged me twice and im still not getting my money back.
