Check in situation was very confusing. No one on the main floor was there to tell us where to go and when we got to the elevator we didn’t realize you needed a key to access the reception floor. Room is very bare bones with most of the tv channels not working when you want to decompress before bed. But the bed and pillows were fantastic, very comfortable. We had a room with a balcony and you could hear everything going on outside. There was no soundproofing.that being said the view was beautiful and the location was great.

We enjoyed our stay 12 days. The pool was refreshing. The ocean is right across the street! We had a jr suite with ocean view. We very much loved sitting out on the balcony watching the ocean and vibes. The valet was easy and friendly. The housekeepers were sweet and got us everything we needed for our room. The only downside was the elevator could get busy and was tricky but no big deal. We will def stay here again!! Thank you Twin Fin!!

This is really my favorite place to stay. The beach is across the street. The tiki bar is perfect for that late night drink at the end of the day. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here 3 times and each time it’s been equally pleasant. Very family friendly.

Fantastic location! Access to Beach Candy Rentals completely changed our trip. Valet service was fantastic! Loved that we could text prior to leaving the room and our car would be waiting for us when we arrived. Staff was amazing! We had an issue with our room and staff immediately corrected the error and ended up giving us an upgrade to an amazing room with a view. Thank you, Twin Finn! We will be back.

We checked in and were surprised that we had to pay a $180 “resort fee”. For 2 nights. Our room had a cigarette butt on the floor. pubic hair as well as long black hair was all over the bathroom counter. There is no parking and the only choice you are left is valet parking which costs $54/day. Will never return to this hotel or Waikīkī. Total scam and disgusting.

We loved staying at the Twin Fin and would definitely stay again. Pros: close to the beach. We preferred this stretch of the beach the best. Rentals: each day you get 3 credits to rent beach supplies. 1 credit= 1 beach chair. Breakfast was amazing. Worth adding it to Expedia reservation or it is $55 a day per room, but either way it’s absolutely worth it. The food was gourmet and delicious. The restaurant at the hotel (Tiki) was a favorite meal the whole trip. Each room comes with refillable water bottles. Super helpful! Cons: it’s a little rundown, but the location makes up for it. Beware when you rent a car!! If the lot fills up (only holds 20 cars), then you have to park your car at the mall and go on a goose chase to find the box to return the keys. Took my husband an hour to return the car. Check in was slow. Not a lot of staff works the front desk. At least when we went in October.
