Rural Holiday Cottage with Wonderful Countryside Views on Friendly Smallholding.

We converted Golden Square Cottage from an old dairy. The cottage was designed to make the most of the amazing views from our hill top position. The view from the bedrooms and the large private deck are really special.

The cottage is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage is in a great location for walking and exploring the Blackdown Hills and the Jurassic Coast is within easy reach for great days on the seafront.

Finished to a high standard, with every detail carefully thought out. We've tried to be as environmentally friendly as possible, installing solar panels to provide hot water, using responsibly sourced wood for the windows and doors made by a local craftsman, and using eco friendly paints and finishings wherever possible. As even rural areas are moving with the times we now have a Fibre Broadband connection at the cottage.
Make yourself comfortable in this cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills and bike storage.
