Clean and friendly hotel set in a great location for transport (both bus and MTR). Quiet at night despite there being a few bars in the vicinity. Particular mention for the check in and housekeeping staff who were always friendly and helpful.

A 3 star hotel

Coffe area under construction, breakfast in basement with no windows and reminded me of high school canteens. Very average gym! Long wait on lifts. Clearners take all towels even when I hang them up for reuse.

Great location in Wan Chai a short walk from MTR and tram, the room was in very good condition and clean with daily housekeeping. Bed was very comfortable and blackout curtains and quiet location meant sleep was excellent. Good shower. Staff were excellent and friendly. On the downside, the room was compact, and changing space was very small unless you don't mind getting changed with anyone you are sharing the room with. Also a lack of storage space means having to live out of your suitcase, but not a deal breaker for us. WiFi was a bit flaky and didn't always seem to work in the room. Would also be good to have recycling facilities, but Hong Kong generally doesn't seem to have a lot of that

The hotel was great and the staff was also great, though the area was quiet busy surrounded by bars & clubs so it would get noisy at times at night but overall the hotel was great and they have great service would definitely recommend.

The location of the hotel is good. The room was asthetically pleasing and bed comfortable. There wasn’t much storage space in the room. Although the bathroom was clean, the carpets were not well vacuumed and the worst was when I did exercises on the carpet flooring, I got bitten by mites/carpet bugs. This happened a few times so I gave up. This detracted from our stay

Overall my experience was a great stay. The hotel is within walking distance of both Admiralty and Wan Chai MTR stops, and there are many dining options nearby. The only thing that I would note is that the walls are quite thin and I could hear guests in the rooms next to me from time to time. I'm a fairly deep sleeper so it didn't bother me at all but something to note if you're an early/light sleeper. One suggestion I'd also make is to bring your own amenities as they only provide toothbrush, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. I asked for a soap bar for washing hands/clothes but they didn't have any.
