terrible, had to leave within the hour of arriving in my room. carpet was stained, room musty, only had two towels from housekeeping and both were stained and ripped. nothing like the photos online

Relatively expensive breakfast. Room was clean enough. Staff helpful, location great.

Our stay was really nice, the rooms feel very modern and clean. We were worried with all the reviews about it being loud and it really wasn't a big deal. We were on the 8th floor and it was just like muffled music, easy to sleep through.

This was a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Roosevelt suite which was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The pool was a great bonus, very clean , spacious and not too cold! Rochelle was especially kind and professional to us, going out of her way to give us a small tour we requested and showing us some of the most fascinating places in the hotel and teaching us some of the history. I felt very safe, as security was always on post to ensure everything went smoothly. The food at the hotel was great and the room service speedy and professional. When we visit again we will certainly choose Hotel Roosevelt!

I've been staying at the Godfrey for years, but now its getting noisier as there's more late night events occurring, which makes an early night before 11-12pm challenging.

The air conditioning worked well, parking was easy. The TV did not work well; had connection and remote problems. The phone did not work at first, but the staff came and fixed it right away. The room was nice, except the bathroom door was translucent, though one couldn't see through it. However, when the light was turned on, it shined through the room. Troublesome at night b/c it woke me up when my wife went to the bathroom.
