Two beds pushed together with a gap you can fall into is not a king-size bed. There was also someone who came up the room asking if we wanted room service, he was not in uniform and didn't seem to have any kit with him. Thor was not reassuring

We have stayed here twice and have always been very impressed with our experiences. The staff are very friendly — Basin was excellent, especially since he allowed us to check in early, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
